ThatsThem
Goes straight to ThatsThem. We get nothing from this link.
What is exposed
What ThatsThem publishes about you
Name, address, phone, email, IP address, and vehicle details in some listings.
Every one of those fields is removable through the steps below, and every one can reappear later when ThatsThem ingests a new public record that matches your name.
The trap
ThatsThem exposes an email address and sometimes an IP address that most people-search sites do not, so a stale listing here leaks more than a name and address. The exact-match form is the trap: enter your details even slightly differently from the page and the request quietly does nothing.
The method
ThatsThem opt-out, step by step
Easy, but the form is picky: the details you enter have to match your listing character for character.
-
01 Find your listing
Search your full name plus your city or state on thatsthem.com. ThatsThem publishes your address, phone, email, and in some records an IP address and vehicle details, all without a login. Open the record that is genuinely you.
-
02 Copy your details exactly as shown
Copy your name, address, and phone straight from the listing. The opt-out form matches on an exact string, so "St" versus "Street" or "(555)" versus "555-" can cause a mismatch and a silently failed request.
-
03 Fill in the opt-out form
Go to thatsthem.com/optout and enter your full name, email, street address, city, state, ZIP, and phone exactly as they appear on the listing. Complete the "I am not a robot" check and click Submit.
-
04 Confirm from your inbox
ThatsThem emails a confirmation link or code. Open it and click through. If the form gives you trouble, you can instead email your request with the published details to the address on their opt-out page.
-
05 Repeat for duplicates, then re-check
If you have more than one listing, each needs its own form. Removal usually completes within 5 to 7 business days. Check back in a month: ThatsThem rebuilds from public and commercial feeds, so a new source record can create a fresh listing.
Steps written against ThatsThem's live flow in July 2026. Brokers move their forms without notice. If a step has moved, start from their opt-out page and the shape of the process will be the same. Tell us if it has changed: team@dataremoval.ai.
And then the other 43
ThatsThem is one of them
The same address you just removed from ThatsThem is still published by the other brokers in our directory, and by the marketing aggregators that supply all of them. Removing one is a good afternoon. Removing all of them, and keeping them removed as they refill, is a different kind of job.
Dataremoval files every opt-out for you and re-scans monthly. It is in early access, so joining the list costs nothing and there is nothing to buy.
