The short answer
Cloaked costs $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year for one person, $174.99 a year for a couple and $299.99 for a family of four. The real first-year price is lower: the checkout page takes 20% off behind a five-minute countdown that restarts on every new visit, so the Individual plan is $95.99. What that buys is mostly a privacy bundle (email and phone aliases, spam call blocking, a VPN, $1 million identity theft insurance) with data removal inside it. Cloaked advertises removal from "1,000+ sites", and its own roster lists 1,059, but Cloaked tags only 354 of them as data brokers. The other 705 are companies such as LexisNexis and Lusha alongside Walmart and Hobby Lobby.

Cloaked pricing: three plans, one feature set
Cloaked sells the same features on every plan and prices only by the number of people covered. There is no cheaper removal-only tier and no premium tier above Family. The pricing page shows the first two columns below. The third is what the checkout page actually charged for a first year on 10 September 2026. Several published reviews still quote $12.49 a month for the monthly Individual plan, and the live page no longer shows that figure.

The checkout only prints a total for the Individual plan ($119.99 shown next to $95.99 due today). For Couple and Family it prints a per-member monthly rate, so the yearly figures in the last column are our multiplication of those rates, not a number Cloaked displays. Cloaked's checkout page opens with a line reading "Purchase in 5 minutes and 0 seconds to save 20% off your annual subscription", and the seconds tick down while you type. We loaded the page in a fresh browser session, waited, then loaded it again in a second fresh session. The second visit started the clock back at five minutes and offered the same $95.99.
The practical reading is simple. $95.99 is the effective first-year price of the Individual plan, not a window you are about to miss, so there is no reason to rush the decision. Take the time to compare it against the removal specialists below, and check what the plan renews at before you enter a card. The same pressure shows up on the plan labels. Here is what paying yearly instead of monthly saves on the prices the pricing page itself shows.

The Family label is the widest gap: "Save 50%" next to prices that differ by 17%. The checkout page uses a different set of labels again (47%, 61% and 67%), which only add up if you compare each member's share of a group plan with one person paying the monthly Individual rate. None of this is unusual in consumer subscriptions, but it is a reason to do the arithmetic yourself.
What "1,000+ sites" is made of

Credit to Cloaked for this: it publishes its full roster, and it labels every entry. The data removal page renders a searchable list headed "showing 1059 sites", and each site carries one of two tags, "Data broker" or "Other website". Most vendors publish neither a list nor a split. We counted the tags and then sorted the brokers by name, the same method we used on the Norton and EasyOptOuts rosters.

The fair reading
The 705 other websites are not filler. Some are genuine data businesses that Cloaked happens to tag as "Other website", including LexisNexis, Oracle Data Cloud, Lusha, Coresignal and 6sense. The rest are ordinary companies that hold customer data, and a deletion request to a retailer you bought from years ago is a legitimate privacy step that most removal services do not take at all.
The catch
The trouble is the comparison. Cloaked's pricing page puts its "1000+" in the same column as rivals' broker counts, and in the column under DeleteMe's logo it prints "~100 automated (900+ advertised)". Held to that same standard, Cloaked's own figure is 354 tagged brokers, and 223 once the per-state copies of StateRecords, ArrestsOrg, Court Records and PublicRecords are set aside.
Coverage of the sites that matter most is solid. Whitepages, Spokeo, BeenVerified, TruePeopleSearch, FastPeopleSearch, Radaris, Intelius, MyLife, Nuwber, ThatsThem, USPhoneBook, Instant Checkmate and TruthFinder are all on the broker list, and those are the listings that show up when someone searches your name. The per-state template pattern is not unique to Cloaked either: when we counted the rosters that are published, 46 percent of the EasyOptOuts list and 62 percent of the Norton list were the same kind of state-by-state record sites. One small irony: Gen Digital, the company behind Norton and LifeLock, appears on Cloaked's list as an "Other website".
Where the money goes
Removal is one feature out of many on every Cloaked plan
Cloaked's comparison table lists everything a plan includes, and data removal is the first row of fourteen. That is the right frame for judging the price. If you would use most of the list, $95.99 is a reasonable first year. If you only want your address off people-search sites, you are paying for a lot you will not open.
Aliases
Unlimited phone and email aliases, so sign-ups get a forwarding identity instead of your real number. This is the feature Cloaked was built around, and it prevents the next broker listing rather than cleaning up the last one.
Call Guard
Spam and scam call screening. It is the most praised feature in Cloaked's own testimonials. One recent Trustpilot review makes the flip side clear: a business owner whose new customers were screened out along with the robocalls.
$1M insurance
Identity theft insurance coverage up to $1 million, plus real-time alerts for sensitive data exposure and dark web and SSN monitoring. Removal specialists such as Optery and EasyOptOuts do not sell any of this.
VPN
An encrypted VPN is included. The checkout page prices this against NordVPN at $4.99 a month, which is fair if you do not already pay for one.
Passwords
A password manager, a password generator, an authentication code generator and an AI-powered password changer. Useful, but most people already have a password manager they are not going to switch away from.
Extras
Virtual cards (invite only), eSIM availability and US-based support. Cloaked's checkout adds the bundle up as $26.16 a month of separate subscriptions against $8.00 for Cloaked.

Per tagged broker, Cloaked works out at about $0.27 on the checkout price and $0.34 on the listed $119.99, against $0.09 at EasyOptOuts, $0.10 at Optery Core and $0.13 at DeleteMe. That measure undersells Cloaked, because it ignores the 705 other sites and every non-removal feature, and it oversells the others a little, because their rosters carry template sites too. Cloaked's own comparison table names LifeLock as a rival, and LifeLock is the row that tells you least. Norton's support documentation says LifeLock's Automatic Data Broker Removal sends requests to "a smaller set of supported data broker sites" and never says how small. No promise
of results. The Terms of Service say Cloaked acts at your direction and "cannot guarantee any particular result or that the Site will comply". Every honest vendor says something similar, so this is normal, not a red flag.
30 days
money back, printed on the checkout page as "hassle free". The terms exclude accounts used through a VPN to get around geography limits and accounts creating 50 or more identities in 30 days.

only. Cloaked's footer states where it is currently available. Incogni covers 34 countries and Optery covers five, so anyone with ties outside North America should look there.
Not named
in the 2024 Consumer Reports removal study. The four services it named with a figure were Optery at 68 percent, EasyOptOuts at 65, ReputationDefender at 6 and Confidently at 4, and Cloaked was not among them.

It is worth it if you will use the aliases, call blocking and VPN, because those are what the price mostly pays for. As a data removal service alone it is not the best value: Optery Core is $39.00 for 405+ sites, and Incogni Standard is $95.88 for 420+ brokers against Cloaked's 354 tagged ones.
Does Cloaked really work?
The removal requests are real, but Cloaked makes no promise about outcomes. Its Terms of Service say it "cannot guarantee any particular result or that the Site will comply". That is true of every service in this category, since each broker decides whether to honor a request, so judge it on what disappears from your own search results after a cycle.
